hi,
I am December 12th filer. called many times to USCIS, I can tell you literally about 8 times, spoke to regular representatives then 5 times to a tier 2 IO. Folks, the funny thing is that they all gave me different answer. I am thinking after speaking to each of them and trying logical to build the puzzle. But so many gaps that I am not able fill.
I called today and IO said 90 business days is minimum time to wait. About 2 weeks ago another IO said 90-120 business days to wait, informed me that they don't work on the weekend (which I am aware of) also said just patiently wait.
Timeline :
USCIS received date 12/12/16
BIO 01/18/2017
since then nothing :(
btw, I called to my Congressman office and asked for help, they email USCIS and after 1 week called me back saying that USCIS doing background check on my name and that they don't have specific time when they will be DONE.
Folks, advice : Where should I get patience from?"

I am from NY, as you know it is very difficult to get info pass to Federal Plaza, I woke up at 5 am and got the one and only info pass that was available at that moment, yaaay to for that.
