Interview in April with Simple DUI probation
Hello,
My interview is scheduled on April 28 for USC family based green card i-485.
I had a simple DUI misdemeanor and my probation ends of May 28th.
Will the probation cause any problem in my interview? Will they deny my application? I am not worried about my marriage as it is authentic and not at all concerned about validating during the interview.
