I-130 and I-485 for US citizen parents
Hi everyone, I hope someone can share their experience with a similar case. I filled I-130 and I-485 for my parents in January 2017. Their files are in Lee Summit right now. I've been reading all the comments here and everybody is talking about EAD and interviews. In my case there is no EAD since my parents are retired and US citizens parents usually don't need to interview... So I'm curious if anybody knows more about time frame for this type of case? I don't think their file will be transferred to a field office since there is no need for interview. Right?
