I need help with this fellow friends, I have a pending i485, my interview was 1/17/17. I filled i765 with NOA 3/5/17, I've been trying to check the status online but without success, it kept saying "case not found"I called Uscis and I was advised to wait 30-45 days before I could check again..
So today I decided on checking online if it was available and this is what it reads...
ON MARCH 22nd 2017, THE POST OFFICE RETURNED A NOTICE WE HAD SENT YOU FOR YOUR FORM I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION.. RECEIPT NUMBER MSC....BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT DELIVER IT.
THIS COULD HAVE A SERIOUS EFFECT ON YOUR CASE.
GO TO "WEBSITE" TO REQUEST A COPY OF THE NOTICE IMMEDIATELY.
We were home the whole day Wednesday I did not see/hear anymore knock my door.
1)What notice could this be?
2) what am I supposed to do?
Anyone seen this before..
