Hello all, woke up to great news......received text notification from USCIS, my case is scheduled for interview. Interview is scheduled for April 27th. I have yet to do my Medical Exam so I will have to get on that ( my lawyer advised to hold off on that since Dallas office was taking so long it may expire before interview- Will also need to get shots since I cant find my vaccination record, here is my timeline. Any suggestions and info will be greatly appreciated.
Married to USC-(same sex marriage)
PD: 9/12/2016-NBC processing
Field office: Dallas
RFE: 10/14/16 (needed qualifying co sponsor)
Bio-metrics: 10/15/16
USCIS received our response 10/28/2016
Work Authorization card approved 11/15/2016
Received Work Authorization card 11/26/2016 ( Advance Parole still pending - i did not get a combo card)
Interview scheduled: 3/27/2017
Interview will be on 4/27/2017
