HELP: GC through Marriage but husband abandoned me
Hi, I was hoping someone can help guide me. I got married to a USC May 2016 and we applied for the GC in Dec 2017, I got notice on Jan 29 that my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview. We had our son in late Feb 2017 and since then my husband has been having issues and a week after our new born he just packed his bag and left us. Now he is threatening to lie to the IO or will not show up for the interview at all. I want to know what options do I have.
Everything was going great till his mother came to "help" early Feb 2017 but was threatening that she will have her son divorce me if she cant get what she wants. The mother in law left because I told her she needs to leave my house if all she wants is to threaten me and now she is brainwashing my husband to cause more stress and pain. I need help. I really hope things get better soon.
