GC Approved, started in MD, finished at NC
Hey everyone, I chechked here a lot during this process so time to return the favor. Here is my experience:

October 31, 2016: PD (I130/I485/I765)
November 2016: Checks cashed/got notices/biometrics scheduled
December 5, 2016: Biometrics completed
January 2017: On 70th day of my application, I contacted to expedite my EAD (I had a job offer letter starting February 1st and stated severe financial loss as the reason for expeditious handling). 2 days later got an email asking for the job offer letter to be faxed. 4 days after sending fax got approval notice, and received EAD card around 85th day.
February 2, 2017: Moved to NC from MD (Baltimore, MD field office to Raleigh, NC). Filled out online address change form. Got interview notice towards the end of the month for March at Raleigh, NC office.
March 23, 2017: Went to field office with my spouse, interviewer was very pleasant and friendly. We were out in 15-20 min and approved on the spot. Case updated to card ordered/case approved later during the day.
March 28, 2017: GC mailed.
March 30, 2017: Received the GC!

Overall it took about 5 months, I wish good luck to everyone. If you have a job offer letter, I'd strongly suggest expediting the EAD as that was the most stressful part of this whole process. If your case is not complicated, I don't think a lawyer is necessary at all.
