Good morning guys,
Do you believe that's it's okay for a person (not me) to open a SR for EAD being that the person went on their green card interview and got a RFE because of not having enough proof ..... If she opens the SR,do you believe that it will have any negative outcome on the interview/RFE???? Oh, and it's been 94 days now since their EAD is pending..
Any answer will really be appreciated.
