Mid December Filler
Good morning,
Me and my husband applied for I-485, I-765 and I-130. I'm a US Citizen.
Here is our timeline:
Mailed applications: December 6th
PD: December 12th
Fingerprints: January 13th
Made one SR on the 75th day, made another SR on the 92nd day and another one on day 105. No RFE's...
No news since the fingerprints....the online status is " Your case was received...."
I see that some of the late December fillers already got their EAD's.
The wait is driving us insane and our lawyer is not helping either.
