November Filer gets screwed up
I think they're screwing up a lot November filers now.

Response to RFE received by USCIS:12/27/2016
No more updates. But received my EAD on 02/18/2017
Tried to do service requests, they kept telling my case is within the processing time, meanwhile other people in January can do SR with no problem. I also checked the status of other people near my PD by changing the last 3 digits of my MSC case number. Many of them are still " finger prints fee is received ".
My local field office is Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Any advice? Thank you in advance!
