Advance Parole
First of all I would like to thank EVRONE here for sharing your experiences, without this forum my wife and I wouldn't have had the courage of leaving the country.

My wife received her advance parole on February and we flew out of LAX on 3/14/17 to Zacatecas and came back on 3/17/17. We went to see her sick grandpa which she has never met because she arrived to the US when she was 6 months old. Upon returning back we landed at LAX around 9:30pm and went straight to immigration. We arrived at the immigration stand where they said my wife needed to go to secondary revision because of the AP, and I wasn't allowed to go with her. I waited for about almost 2 hours until she finally came out with the stamp on her AP and her passport. I was really nervous and scared but our faith and prayers helped us get through it. My wife said it took long because there were a lot of people waiting. She said that when they called her name they didn't ask her any questions, the only asked for her husbands last name and gave her the forms. I guess it all depends on what immigration officer you get because she said that some of them where being mean to other people.

Last week we visited our lawyer and filed for her green card residence. We are very happy and thrilled we got through this long journey. If you are planning to leave I would suggest to do it ASAP because if Trump decides to remove DACA than the AP wouldn't function anymore. Thank You.
