hello everyone, my husband left for Mexico on 4/1/17 with DACA/Advanced Parole. He does have a misdemeanor for domestic violence, he was never convicted. This happened on 2010. He went to Mexico alone, to see his family and will be back on 4/9 coming thru Orlando international. I ask for your prayers, hes scared he wont be let back in because of the arrest. But reading these forums have given us faith to do it. Does anyone have or know anyone that has an arrest record came back?
