Its been two years no interview yet
Hello Guys,
I am USC and my husband is the beneficiary. I am so worried and am literally scared f loosing him. Its will be two years to this july we applied and we have no interview yet. He was in his B1 visa overstayed and was adjusting through marriage. We dated like two years before marriage. Its 101% genuine marriage. My parents were divorced and they don't care for me. My parents were both remarried and are busy in their own life and did not even attend my marriage. But they are okay with our marriage untill we don't ask them for any help.
We got married in april 2015
applied for pos in july 2015.
Received biometrics oct 2015
ref nov 2015. relied within 2 days.
interview scheduled for feb 2016 but cancelled due to unforeseen circumstance.
EAD feb 2016
feb 2017 EAD expired hence applied for renewal
march 2017new EAD renewed.
No interview yet.
We made 3 info pass till now and USCIS says our case is stuck at FBI background check. Please I need your help and advice to how to proceed with our case. We have an attorney but he says he can't help us with anything but the things have to play by itself. I don't want to loose him. I miscarried due to this severe stress and can't calm myself. Please pray for me.
