SPOKE TO LEVEL 2 OFFICER APRIL 3RD
I called customer service today and was told my EAD was mailed on March 13. How can that be possible when I only responded to 2nd RFE on March 14? I dropped the phone confused. I called back within 10 minutes and spoke to another rep. She was nice and told me no EAD was mailed yet. She transferred me to Level 2 Officer. The level 2 officer was nice and sympathetic. He asked me questions. He placed me on hold for about 5 minutes. He came back and told me my case is in good hands and should be approved soon. The officer said they are still working on some November files now and mine should be approved in the next 14 days. He asked me to call back in 14 days and ask for update. He assured me not to be worried anymore.
This gave me a little relief tonight.
