Peding application for change of status ?
Hi everyone, question in regards to traveling with AP. Does one have to have a current application or plan to submit an application for change of status in the near future in order to travel with AP.
I have already been approved for AP but I do not have an immediate family member that would be able to petition for me other than continuing my DACA status after travel..
I know some officers will ask at the time of reentry how someone plans to adjust their status. Just wanting to prepare myself on what to answer.
