Waiting for my EAD, I hope hear something this month. My status hasn't changed from Finger print fee received and Case received...
Question, when I filed my application, I submit only i-130, i-485 and employment authorization.
Can I file now (after I receive my EAD of course), advance Parol petition? do I have to pay the fee? Something came up at my countryland and I think I'd need to travel before receiving my GC.
