Almost a month after interview(March 7 2017, NYC), everything went well told us about conditional greencard, he said everything was ok and expect my card in 2 weeks , I brought my new medical ,he didn't look at it yet but it seems like after I left he realized my doctor didn't fill it out properly so I got a RFE for it to be filled out properly (my worst nightmare) . Sent in the RFE 2 days after and nothing has been updated since I've been scheduled for interview . So frustrating , I had everything in place but my stupid doctor didn't fill the form out properly how dumb he had one job as I was totally trying to have a smooth process n avoid this RFE. As with some RFE it's almost like your file is put in some corner and not looked at for months . I just pray that mine is not that case.
On my letter It said in order for them to make a decision I should reply to the RFE by April 10 . I really hope by then they look at my file and give me the green light .
