TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE INFOPASS APPOINTMENT
Couple of days ago I scheduled an infopass appointment in 26 Federal plaza NY. The security woman very nice gave my ticket and told me to wait till they call my number.

When they call my number I sat and explain to the immigration '' officer'' that was after she asked me
'' HOW MAY I HELP YOU'' ? in a very very rude tone, I was like: WTF I DID!! then I proceeded to explain that I had a problem with my EAD, she didn't even check my papers, she did not ask me questions about, she was only ignoring me like if I was not in front of her or like if I was there just to see her unhappy and hungry face.

USCIS may be the agency in charge of ''border protection'' or what ever, but they need to keep on mind that they're still offering a service therefore they need to fallow basic customer service standards. from a different scenario you may think she was tired or maybe had a bad day but it was none of that cuz I was able to see her ignorance and a very unprofessional body language.
