I want to thank God for the grace and favor to complete this first phase of my immigration journey.
Sent package on 14th Dec, 2016. Forms I130, i485, i765
Day 1: package received 12/15/16. Same as PD.
Day 13: 12/28/16 NOA received.
Day 34: 01/17/17. Biometrics done at Cincinnati field office
Day 61: 02/13/17. Interview is scheduled for March 20.
Day 76: 02/28/17 called and raised SR on EAD.
Day 90: 03/14/17. SR was assigned, completed and closed without any response received.
Day 91: 03/15/17. Called and spoke with a level 2 officer about ead, I was told to keep waiting. Very dissapointed.
Day 96: 03/20/17. Interview proper. It was just like going to confirm what I filled on the forms. The only question outside that was how we met and my USC wife stole the show. Was approved on the spot.
Day 97: 03/21/17. Online status for 485 changed to approved and 130 changed to case must be reviewed(till now lol)
Day 99: 03/23/17. Ead changed to case closed because benefits was received by other means. Later that day 485 changed to card was mailed to me.
Day 103: 03/27/17. Green card was received. It's truly green and smells like life.
Day 104: 03/28/17. Applied for SSN and booked appointment for driving test.
Day 105: 03/29/17. Passed driving skills and upgraded from temporary license to the main driver license.
Day 108: 04/01/17. SS Card received.
PLS NOTE: IF THERE WAS ANYONE SCARED, ANXIOUS, NERVOUS, AFRAID AND TIRED OF THIS IMMIGRATION WAITING PROCESS, I WAS NUMBER ONE PERSON.
SO IF GOD CAN DO IT FOR ME AGAINST ALL ODDS, HE WILL DO FOR YOU, YOU ,YES YOU, I MEAN YOU READING THIS NOW. JUST BELIEVE AND TRUST GOD.
