My PD: 03/21/2016
I am filer from Queens and this is a marriage based case.
Biometrics:04/18/2016
Ead approved:05/11/2016
Ead received:06/13/2016
I received interview letter on 02/07/2017 .
Interview date:03/15/2017.
On 03/13/2017 the interview was cancelled due to snowstorm in NYC.
They called my lawyer to cancel the interview.
Interview rescheduled to 04/06/2017 at 0915 am.
We got there early at federal plaza and it was crowded.
We were finally called in at 1220 pm.
Very polite and well spoken lady interviewed her.
It was a 45min interview.the questions just kept coming.
My husband is a super confident guy and is all cool.
It's very easy to stress me out.and my stress showed a few times.
She asked how we met,asked him about my work and me about his.
Our documents together also about our families.
Questions about our past and where we lived and whom we lived with.
I got nervous there cos my husband was with his ex when we met.
My nervousness showed and she caught it immediately.
I can say 80% of the interview was great.
My husband and I talk a lot and know everything what we do outside of home.
She said she will get back to us with 90 days and gave us a letter.
Please wish me well as this has been a long wait.
I was so upset but my husband just hugged me outside in the parking lot.
And said it will be ok.
