At Green Card Interview - Officer has your Background check?
At our interview, our officer brought up my daughter's Restraining Order, and he was very nice about it, and simply asked if everything was okay....she said yes. Does this mean that the officer had all of our background checks in front of him, and would he deny us on the spot if something was found, but not disclosed on application?
