3/16/2017 Raised an SR and haven’t received anything on it
on April 1, 2017 they sent me a Request for Initial/aditional evidence letter
Today April 10, 2017 I received the letter and it says they received the application without valid signature. Also please have the person who helped prepared the form sign in the designated area for the preparer. They sent me the form which is already signed but the preparer's signature is not on the paper, i guess the person that helped me prepare it forgot to sign. Now I would like to know if anyone had an experience like mine, and did this make your process restart from day 0.
