* 403b listed wife as beneficiary
* letter from father in law .affidavit of personal relation . [covers the whole house lease thing been that I live with my in-laws. ] signed by inlaws and notarized.
* photo collage album created by me.
* Job pay stubs showing my address and marital status
* updated social security card with marriage name
* our new son birth certificate
* my Job profile showing my wife and father in law listed as emergency contact
* monthly phone bill summary showing my wife and step son line. From 2016 till date
* Auto insurance policy , wife listed as a driver
* boa credit cards photo copies showing same account number .
* and ofcourse my new updated Medical with gonorrhea
