AP Approved, should i travel abroad?
Hi all,
I should be receiving my EAD/AP sometime next week, finally! after 4 months and a half of waiting...,... my only concern is traveling abroad (Mexico) since i have a misdemeanor on my record (case dismissed) and overstayed my visa for a year and a half from 2011-2013.
I haven't been to Mexico in 9 years and i feel like now i have a good chance to travel and make it back.
your thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
