Frastrations/venting
The more I call the immigration the more I get confused, my pd 5/18/my interview was 1/17.
My husband filled aos and forgot to include i765 form.. we kept waiting and questioning ourselves why my ead was taking forever not knowing we had to include with the rest of the the forms.. anyhoowww..
After our interview the officer told us he is going to review our case HE DID NOT give us any type of a paper.. nothing at all.
So we filled i765 and as we talk I have two priority dates under i765 and that was the main reason for my call today, I spoke to a lady but she couldn't give answer to my question so she asked to forward my call to the next level.
Didn't get through so I left my name and got a call back, thank God, he went through my file and told me that I should wait as the government is still working on my case. He also added I should do as the letter indicates.."letter I never got" I told him I never received and letter, he told me if I want, I should book an info pass, I asked him why I have 2 pd under i765, he told me they are both under same MSC xxx number and so I should just wait. I asked him which pd should I pay attention to, he tells me, the recent I also asked him why my online still reads INTERVIEW IS SCHEDULED, he asked me to disregard it and be patient.
NB: All my docs are expired, I've not seen my family in 7 yrs, I don't have any bad record NONE!! My case is going to one yr now, married to usc, married 2012, blessed with kids too.
