Hi All,
Has anybody traveled outside of the country on advance parole having overstayed their visa?
I am planning on traveling to my home country very soon as i received my EAD/AP in the mail today. I overstayed my visa for a year and a half and i'm concerned I will not let back in.
Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.
