Mailed paperwork back in December a month later they sent it back asking for more money. Re sent the correct amount.
January 23 received paperwork
February 22 biometrics done
March 4 request for additional evidence
March 5 responded
March 25 request for initial evidence
March 27 process begins again
We are desperately in need of the EAD because my husband needs to start work and has a job offer to start May 1st the company may be able to delay it to June but I don't think much longer after that. Does anyone have experience with how quick we can expect the EAD card looking at our timeframe.
