Question
I am going to marry a US Citizen. He is currently working in USA and i am working in INDIA. We are getting married in India traditionally. There are two questions .I am having Tourist visa for ten years.
1) Can I come to the US after marriage with Visitor visa and then file Adjustment of status? I am not intentionally coming to the US for marrying. we will be getting married in India before only. Can we file Adjustment of status after two months entering in USA? Will my tourist visa get canceled after I file adjustment of status?
2) The other option I have is to wait in India and let the process go for one year(My Husband files I-130)
Anyone with a similar issue.
Need suggestions on this situation.
