Adjustment of Status - I-485

I am just tired, EAD Card mailed since Monday the 10th, I panicked when i read from other people that depite they have been receiving mails from USCIS, When it came to the EAD card, their mail was returned back to uscis saying mail undeliverable.

I immediately called uscis and was transferred to a level 2 officer, i asked for a tracking number, but he said there was no tracking number yet, Then he said my address has a missing apartment number that the mail person might have issues delivering it.
He advised i update my address on uscis website and get in contact with the post office so they do not return any of my mails.,., i tried to explain to him that i had received previous mails from them with no issues. So i went to the post office yesterday and told them to hold all mails for me that i would pick them up.'

Now i do not know if that was a wise thing to do, i am just confused and agitated cos they say it takes another 30 days to get the EAD Card if it is returned.

Please anybody experienced this, i thought i would start work next week. I am just tired of this whole process.
