Did anyone come here on a K1 Visa?
We did our K1 Visa medical examination back in December 2015, and file for I-485 August 2016.
Since we filed the i-485 within one year, on the USCIS website it says we do not need to do a new medical exam.
However, our interview date is more than a year from the medical exam.
Do we need to updatebthe medical exam? For those who came on K1 visa, what was your story?
