Hello all,
Anyone with a Charlotte field office and a timeline similar to this?
Marriage based, i've been in the states for 4 years on a F-1 visa, now on OPT.
December 27: mailed I-130 and I-485
Feb 13: I-130 and I-485 priority date received
March 21: Biometrics appointment done
Apr 17: I-485 status changed to " Case is Ready to be Scheduled for an Interview"
My EAD card status still has not changed and is on 'received'. Anyone else with similar experience? My current EAD expires in May and I have a full-time job I want to keep for the time being, because, money.
