My husbands field office is Tampa and here is our time line (Marriage based)
i130- PD July 06, 2016
i130 Approved- December 22, 2016
I485 sent in January 5, 2017.. PD was GIVEN July 06, 2016 (His i130 PD)
I765- PD was given January 6, 2017
Bio Date- February 15, 2017
Case Ready to be scheduled for interview 04/17/17
But no word on EAD
We have raised two service requests for the I765 both were completed with no response on April 7, 2017. Has anyone gotten their EAD from Tampa with a similar PD
