Hi everyone,
I've been a silent reader for a quite a bit of some time now but have yet to find someone in the same situation as me. I filed form I-485 in December 2016. My application was AOS through refugee status, I've been here since 2001.
My PD- 12/17/16
Biometrics- 2/13/17
I've heard nothing yet, no updates and websites still says "Application received"
I guess my questions are:
1. Will I require an interview since my application isn't marriage based
2. My father (who I came here with) is now a citizen, does that affect my app?
3. Can I still apply for an EAD while my application is in process?
I really need help and advice!
