Advance Parole - Humanitarian reasons
Hi all,
DACA holder here, hoping to apply for and get the Advance Parole. I live with only my mom in the U.S. I'm not in school anymore, so the educational basis is out for the Advance Parole, and I most likely will not need to go out of the country for work. So the only basis I can use is humanitarian, however, (thank God), there aren't any "emergencies" (i.e. sick grandparents) that are commonly used in my life at the moment. I am just growing desperate to see my relatives whom I haven't seen for the last 13 years. Could you guys please review the various reasons and see if any of them would be enough to get me an AP?
1. My mom just underwent treatment for cancer. She is a green card holder and wants to go to our home country to see her relatives. I would like to accompany her.
or
2. My grandfather passed away while I was in the U.S., and I would like to visit his grave.
or
3. I have not seen my biological father for the past 13 years, and I would like to see him.
Are ^ of these reasons, or a combination of these, likely to get me an AP?
***ALSO, can you guys please list the reason you gave for why you need an AP if you used the humanitarian basis?***
