So I called USCIS today to find out if they received the letter I sent that my lawyer no longer represents me due to heart attack and that all mail should be sent directly to me. I got a different answer from what the officer said last week. Its crazy how you get different answer each time.
Anyways I used the time to ask the status of my EAD case, he checked and said your case is 78 days still pending, and since the processing time is 75-90 days I shouldn't worry but I can put in a service request (or whatever fancy name he called it), I asked him what the response time was for that he said:
75 days - response 15-30 days and if I wait 90 days - response in 5 days.
So I have been waiting patiently without worry for 75 days another 12 days won't hurt to hit that 90 days mark.
