Hi my fellow filers
I called Uscis today in regards to a status change for a name update. I was transferred to an IO (tier 2) and requested a call back. I received the call back a couple minutes ago annd I will share the information I received.

Day 91
I asked the IO what does a Name Update status means and he said it means that my case was reviewed on April 15th and on April 17, 2017 both my I-765 and I-131 were approved. I asked why I have not received any case updates on the Uscis case status online, he said there are often delays in the systems for updates. He told me that my approval notices were sent out and i should receive them in the mail in a couple of days. The request was sent for card production and I should receive the card in 2 weeks. I asked if I was getting a combo card, he stated that the system would not show him that but if they were filed together i would receive a combo.
He explained to me that there are 4 steps in the processing:
Reviewing and approval of documents
Sending the approval notices
Sending the request for card production
Mailing the card to applicants
So they are working on January cases and we need to continue having faith and praying.
I will update when i get any updates on my end.
