Hi folks!
I called USCIS and I was told by the customer representative that National Benefits Center is working on cases received on December 3, 2016 (I-765 and I-131). I don't think the famous 90 days to receive the combo card are completely accurate... They didn't let me do a SR because my case isn't outside the timeline posted by USCIS.
