Hi guys,
I hope everyone is doing good. I need your opinion and experience. I got married in 2014 with US citizen I was blind and made huge mistake to get married with her. I found out her intention did not have a family with me.I did not file any single paper through her. WE got divorced in 2015. I got remarried with my sweet wife at the end of 2016 and I filed my paper with my current wife.
Everything is good now, I got my ead and I have an interview on May 16th, 2017.
My question is that do you think my first marriage will be a problem for my aos. (like I said I did not file any paper through my first marriage and I have never been out of status in USA).
So What is your thought and experience?
