Submitted concurrently I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131
AOS based on US citizen spouse (me) sponsoring my husband
He has DACA and traveled to Mexico with Humanitarian AP September 2016. We've been married 5 years and have been together roughly 13 years. Two children (6 and 12).
Mailed documents: 4/4/17 (Chicago lockbox)
USCIS RCVD: 4/6/17 (per USPS tracker$
Still no update. How long does it take for them to mail out receipt notices? Don't really know if any checks of money orders have been cashed since my lawyer took care of everything.
Should I be concerned? I've seen on the forum that some receive notices 14 days from document delivery.
