My partner and I filed forms I-485, I-130,I-131, and I-765. I am a naturalized citizen sponsoring my husband.
01/27/17: PD for all four forms.
02/13/17: Biometrics done
Questions:
1) Would our field office be in San Fernando Valley? How much longer will it take until we get an interview?
2) Only the I-485 was updated with the biometrics completion, are the other three forms supposed to be updated too?
3) I am only using assets (property and cash in bank) for the affidavit of support since I went back to school and don't work at the moment. My husband is currently on H1B visa and works. How extensive will they look into the assets? What kind of questions will they ask? And what should I prepare in the mean time.
