Adjustment of Status - I-485

QUESTION: Do I need to do I-693 Medical again for interview as I already submitted with I-485 application?

I am filling from Hershey, PA. And my field office is Philadelphia.We did Medical and put in sealed envelop and submitted with I-485 application. Do we need to do medical again for interview?
 
12/06/2016 Sent I-485 application to Chicago Lock-box(With I-693 Medical Form and Reports)
12/13/2016 Application was received
12/18/2016 Got receipt number via the text
12/22/2016 Received 797 Notice of action in mail
12/23/2016 Submit I-765 and I-131 to Chicago Lock-box
12/27/2016 My Application I-765 and I-131 transfer to NBC
01/02/2017 Received the biometric letter in mail at 12.30pm
01/02/2017 Went to Application Support center for Biometric same day at 2pm
                     (Actual date was 01/09/2017)
01/27/2017 Received another the biometric letter in mail at 1.40pm for I-765
01/27/2017 Went to Application Support center for Biometric same day at 3.05pm
                    (Actual date was 02/08/2017)
03/15/2017 I-485 case was approved
03/30/2017 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
04/01/2017 I-765 and I-131 case was approved
04/03/2017 New card is being produced
04/05/2017 Interview is scheduled for 10th May,2017.
04/10/2017 Card was mailed to me
04/05/2017 Received interview letter and advance parole in mail
04/13/2017 Received work authorization card in mail.

Please answer my queries if anybody has passed this process. I heartily thankful to you in advance.
