I'm here today for my best friend I'm soo worry about his case so is he. Long story short he already got 2 denials on his I-485 marriage based. The last denial ICE picked him up and he's in procedure of deportation but he keeps fighting the deportation and filed again the I-130 alone and finally he got interviewed notice for March 29th. He got a stoke interview with his wife his lawyer was there all the answers were the same except one. At the end the officer just told them you'll hear from us soon but since that nothing. This coming Wednesday will be a month of waiting we are so frustrated now. Any advices please he really does need help he's from Africa and his spouse is an us citizen.
