Denial Update
Hello everyone I am wondering if anyone out there has gone through the same thing as myself or any knowledge as what I should expect. So this is my case I file all my paper work together in June 28 and I did my finger already and then I got 3 REF about my husband tax return because I file by my self they ask me for my husband taxes and I send in the state tax and not the federal tax so my case got. Denied so we hire a lawyer. So I had to file I 290 b form and was waiting and praying for my case to be reopen and I got a letter two days ago stating that my case will be open. Does anyone out there know how long will it take for me to get approve and what other documents there will want? Or what's the next step thank you.
