Hi everyone! I have been a silent reader for a while now and I have a few questions that I've been dying to asks so here's me and my husbands journey so far:
PD: December 20th 2016 I-485 I-130 I-785 based on K-1
Biometrics : January
RFE I-485 :January
Received RFE : February 8th 2017
EAD/AP Received: April 6th 2017
Still no update about interview :-( I am a US citizen and my husband is Jamaican. We were Married in the US June of 2016.
I did have a question.
I am 24 and I am still on my fathers health insurance plan. I have not changed my last name yet due to this and not wanting to lose my health insurance until Hubby is able to land a better job with health benefits. I have been finding mixed information that I can still be insured with my name change does anyone know if that's true?
