Hope this helps you well. Mine was an employment based petition and it just got approved yesterday. I came to the US as a teenager 10 years ago for college. After finishing my degrees and jobs with various private as well as government agencies, I got greened 2 months shy of my 10th year anniversary in the US. This feels awesome and gives me more flexibility to pursue my dreams further. This is my timeline :
I 485, I 765 and I 131 filed - Jan 21 2017
USCIS received : Jan 23 2017
Notice date for all : Jan 27 2017
Biometrics: Feb 22 2017
EAD and AP approved : April 1 2017
Combo card mailed: April 10 2017
Combo card received: April 12 2017
I 485 approved : April 25 2017
From personal experience, case updates happens anytime during the day in the morning and late nights. My EAD was approved on a Saturday so yes count the weekends too. I don't know if it was just me but all the texts came from USCIS around 15 mins quarter of an hour like 15, 30, 45, 00 . So maybe they run a batch upload every 15 mins or so. I hope people find this information helpful.
