Thank you all for sharing your experience. I honestly looked forward in seeing an update every hour of the day.
I sent my application to adjust status via my lawyer on Aug 09 2016. My field office is San Antonio
Aug 12- received receipt of application
Sept - i got a ref letter which i responded to asap
Oct 16- ready to be scheduled for interview
Nov 22- i got my EAD with advance parole
March 8- interview scheduled for April 26 at 8.45am
INTERVIEW DAY- Everything went well as we already have a 10months old son. Not many usual questions that i read here of how and where we met were asked.
Mind you, we had all of the documents that could be asked of us i.e house title ( we just bought a house last month), past lease, car insurance, bills, pictures( the officer did not ask for it but we gave him anyways).
At the end of the interview, the officer said everything looks good but he usually takes a second look at the end of all of his interview before he will make his decision.He then went on to talk about removing the condition on a green card and how to become a citizen.
At about 4 pm same daythe online status change to "new card being produced". At about 6 pm same day online status changed to "case approved"
