EAD - Agonazing Wait
Hi All,
I submitted my i485 & i765 forms on Dec 20, 2016 & they were received on Dec 22,2016. My case is a family based case. My father, who is a USC, is my petitioner. I’ve been waiting for a very long time and getting very upset, frustrated, sad, inpatient, etc. Today is the 126th day. I have not received anything since the Biometrics notification. No RFEs either. I wonder if anyone has been waiting this long too. I sent the paperwork from California and it is being processed at the MSC (NBC).
This is my timeline
Day 0 – Sent forms/docs – 12/20/16
Day 1 – Forms Received by USCIS (PD) – 12/22/2016
Day 32 – Biometrics appointment notice received - 1/23/2017
Day 40 - Biometrics taken – 1/30/2017
Day 126 – waiting for this agony to end very soon.
