If someone could please give me advice I would be extremely grateful.
My husbands i130 was approved in Decembers so we find i485 January 6th for AOS. Anyway I have heard nothing about the i765 which is pending 113 days and we already got interview date scheduled for June 1, 2017. Is that normal to get interview before i765 (EAD) news? will he not get an EAD before the interview? Any comments are really appreciated.
