IO said 2 weeks for us to get an update.
Been almost 150 days and no response from them
Called, mailed, visited, tried all ways - No one knows the status of my case.
I feel like i have no right to information. EAD is about to expire, and company is asking me where is my GC because others in the company got it already (Within 30 days of their interview).
DMV refusing to even change my address, asking me proof of my status and when i gave EAD, they refused to change address and only agreed on a condition that my license expires on the same day as EAD. WTF!!!? (original DL expiration date in August 2021, DMV saying i can only get a DL now till August 2017).
Ran out of options. Afraid to loose job. Any suggestions please?
Besides the obvious wait and watch.. please suggest me what to do next. Ombudsman? Court?
Any help and suggestions are appreciated.
