Newborn OCI SFO (almost 10 weeks)
Overall, took about 10 weeks. Couple frustrating aspects. They were very particular about photo. It took 3 weeks for the card to get to SF after it was mailed from Delhi.
Timeline:

Feb 14: Received by CKGS via mail
Feb 17: Incomplete documents because photo is not valid
Feb 22: New photo accepted. Application is in process
Feb 23: Application under process at consulate for decision making
Feb 24: Passport shipped back by Fedex. received next day

Looks like SF consulate is really slow. I dont know what arcane shipping these guys are using. Took about 10 days for application to reach Delhi and 17 days for the approved card to be received by SF consulate :|
